Do you love to have FUN and get candy?!

Well, we have a great family event planned and we would love for you to come! There will be tons of candy in car trunks all over our parking lot. The trunks will be decorated in cool themes like Super Heroes, Mario, Under Water, Sponge Bob, sports and more! This is a safe way for kids to show off their costumes and have a blast! Please come in non-scary costumes (superheroes, animals etc...) to the Broadway Church parking lot. This event will happen rain or shine. Address: 46611 Maple Ave, Chilliwack, back parking lot on north side of the church. Bring your friends and neighbors!

This year's Trunk or Treat will take place on Saturday, October 26 from 2pm-3:30pm. We would love to invite our congregation to donate candies or money for candies as we prepare for this event. We also welcome you to start inviting friends and neighbours to take part and build connections in our community. We would especially love for people to volunteer to decorate their cars! Please feel free to add your name by clicking on the SIGN UP SHEET. You're welcome to chat with Jenn to help brainstorm ideas and come up with an original design.

A Grief Share support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week video series and group interaction, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.  Meetings will be held in the Prayer Room starting Monday, September 23rd at 7:00 p.m. and each following Monday evening with the last evening on December 16th. Please enter through the Office foyer.

Our annual Fall Kick-Off and BBQ will be at 48639 McConnell Road, starting at 4:00pm on Sunday, September 15th!

We will have tons of yard games for families to play including a bouncy castle, cornhole, jumbo connect 4, 9-square, and more! We’ve got plenty of hamburgers, hot dogs, and veggie and gluten-free options, too! Bring a lawn chair or a blanket and come join us for a great celebration together!

If your last name starts with A to M, please bring a dessert to share (for at least 10 people).
If your last name starts with N to Z, please bring a salad to share (for at least 10 people).

God works together with us when we pray. We want to meet together to pray for the start of the fall season on Monday September 9th, Tuesday September 10th and Wednesday September 11th at 7:00pm in the sanctuary for prayer.

On Monday we are focusing on the leadership of Broadway Church. We’ll pray for the Lead Team and the agenda they will be working with. We will also pray for our pastors and their work. On Tuesday the focus will be on the ministry programs of our church. There will be an optional prayer walk around the church to take time praying for the various ministry efforts that will take place in each space of our building, as well as another group who remains in the sanctuary for that time. Wednesday we will pray over the mission of Broadway church, and about how we are reaching into and working with the community around us. We will also pray for our church’s ministry partners locally and globally.

All are invited to join us for these evenings of prayer. You are invited to come for one, two or all three of these prayer evenings.

Salvation Army is celebrating 100 years of ministry in Chilliwack this year, and the City of Chilliwack is celebrating with a Party in the Park at  Central Community Park, just down from 5 Corners. 

Broadway Church is joining this "Jesus Downtown" service.  We are encouraging everyone to attend this celebration.  

In the morning will be the community worship service organized by the Salvation Army Church and hosted at Central Community Park, then in the afternoon to follow there will be a block party at the same location sponsored by the City of Chilliwack.

A shuttle service is available at the Chilliwack Alliance Church starting at 9:30a.m.  

Broadway will be hosting a tent for the Block Party. We will offer lawn games; bean toss, giant Jenga, giant chess, and other games.  We need 4-hr coverage from 12-4p.m.; so that could be 2 people each hour (total 8 people, spelling each other off).  If this is something that would be of interest to you, or if you'd like to be in on the planning, please contact our Office Administrator using the button below.
